Through my times coming I have no real complaints the customer service is decent very friendly people, and the food in most occasions is good. Only complaint is the music that plays can be overwhelming

My family and I go to this agave just about every week and celebrate birthday here as well. It's such an awesome atmosphere here! There's karaoke here on certain days I believe, customer service is 10/10 for sure! Love it!

Went to Agave last night with a group of people after a meeting and service was horrible. The waitress did not pay attention to our table. I have to actually wave at her to get her attention to get a refill of my tea.
The food was alright, wasn't the best.
The margarita was horrible. Whatever they're serving should not be called a margarita. I sent it back I told him that it was too sweet and you couldn't even taste the tequila in it. Which is return and said that the reason was that they don't put tequila in it they put wine. Well that's not a margarita. A margarita should have tequila. Anyways it was too sweet and did not taste good. At the end my daughter had left over meat from her tacos salad that she ordered and we ask for a to-go container. Waitress never came back with the to-go container and basically wasn't anywhere to be found. So I had to take the plate up to the counter and tell them that we asked the waitress for a to-go container but she never brought
Then they allowed a homeless woman to come in for something (I dont know what but it wasnt to eat) but then this women took off her shoes in the restaurant and her feet stunk so bad that it made me gag. I actually had to rush out of the restaurant and I literally threw up outside. The smell was that disgusting.
I will never go here again. And while we're out in the parking lot, you had all these homeless people that hang out at the valero next store asking you for money. I hate going to a location and people are waiting outside asking you for money. My wife had already given the guy $5 when we went inside, the same guy asked for more money when we walked out. I told him that my wife had already given them $5 and he said "well I already spent it."
This is not a nice location. I rather go somewhere else. -

So much food for the money and delicious too. Lots of menu options. Nice ambiance inside. Good margaritas. Ample parking. I'd say that so far this is my favorite Mex restaurant since moving to SA. I'll certainly be back

Horrible place! Music is so loud as if we are in a bar. The waitress is yelling to ask us what we want to talk over the music. They toss our plates on the table toss the drinks almost falling over. Got 3 orders wrong probably because they can't hear from the music! We tel them what the order was AGAIN! And then one of those 3 is wrong AGAIN! And they roll their eyes when we told them it was wrong?!?!? Like it's our fault! Maybe If the music was not so loud they would hear the orders!!!! Food actually does not taste bad but the service SUCKS! Oh and we had 3 people get here a little after and they literally toss the menus on the table one slides off to the floor :/
